1. Car Flipping 

Put simply, car flipping is buying a vehicle (car, van, bus etc.) for a low price and selling it on for a higher price. If you have a basic knowledge of automobile mechanics, you can buy a 'fixer-upper' repair, and sell it on for a higher price. 

If you don't have these skills though you can still find cars at a cheap rate and sell them on for a higher price. Check ebay for cheap deals, local newspapers and autotrader and do not be afraid to haggle. 

**If you have local automobile auctions or police auctions these are often the best venues to buy at.

Then, list them yourself on ebay after checking the going rate (use a suitable reserve), sell for a set price via autotrader or equivalent, or if you have a friend, colleague, or acquaintance who you agree a price with sell onto them. 

To get the best possible price make sure you hold out until your price is met. Even if these means re-listing a vehicle or rejecting an offer.

3. Rent out your Car Parking "Spot" 

This option is particularly lucrative if you live in a major city with off-street parking, or within striking distance of transport connections such as subway or train links. 

Sites such as JustPark allow you to list your parking spot for other users where they can then book accordingly. 

Those with parking spots available in metropolitan areas like London are making up to £15-20 a day for their use, which is up to a massive £600 a month.

4. Become a Tutor 

Do you know more than one language?
